WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SHOTGUN 2017

FOXLODGE SHOOTING RANGE, MOSCOW REGION, RUSSIA - 30th August to 11th September 2017

Our athletes are in final preparation for the ISSF World Championship Shotgun to be held just outside Moscow, Russia between the 30th August and 11th September 2017.

Derek Burnett, Wayne Byrne and Ian O’Sullivan will represent Ireland in the men’s trap and Aoife Gormally in the Ladies Trap.

Father and son team Alex and Clement Buchanan along with Chris Moriarty will represent Ireland in the men’s skeet. Young Ciaran Hoare will also fly the flag for Ireland in junior men’s skeet.

For our athletes, this event is the climax of their year and an opportunity for them to show case their skills and demonstrate all the hard work they have put in throughout the year. We commend them for their hard work and wish them the very best of luck in Russia.

Live footage of the finals will be available, on the ISSF website, on the ISSF Livestream channel, and on Facebook.
