To qualify for a team place in 2020, All team members will be required to provide proof of the necessary permit for each event (which may include your Irish firearms permit). When completing the team acceptance form you will be required to show a copy of your firearms permit for the country you are attending.

Selection Procedure for National Skeet 2019/2020 Season

HCIT to be held in Wales on the 28th & 29th August 2020

All teams (Seniors/Ladies/Juniors/Veterans/Senior Veterans):

  • Best five scores (500 targets) from registered shoots from 29 July 2019 up to and including cut-off of 5 July 2020. A maximum of 300 targets from any one ground, 100 of these targets may be substituted from a Non ICTSA shoot.
  • Plus 200 targets from two of the three major Irish competitions (Irish open / Irish Grand Prix / Irish Close).
  • Total 700 Targets

Notes:

  1. Where a tie occurs for Team selection, unless otherwise stated the next best result of those tied which is NOT being used for Team selection purposes will be compared and the final placing decided. If a tie still occurs, the 2nd best such result shall be compared and so on until the tie is resolved.
