All members should familiarise themselves with the rules and regulations which apply to Ireland Team members.

To qualify for a team place in 2022, All team members will be required to provide proof of the necessary permit for each event (which may include your Irish firearms permit). When completing the team acceptance form you will be required to show a copy of your firearms permit for the country you are attending.

Selection Procedure for National Skeet 2022 Season

Seniors

6 scores from any ground between 26th July 2021 and 24th July 2022

1 of these scores must be shot at a major in 2022 ( Irish Grand Prix, Irish Open & Irish Close)

Maximum of 2 non ICTSA scores can be included in the six scores 

 

Juniors, Ladies, Vet & SuperVet

4 scores from any ground between 26th July 2021 and 24th July 2022

1 of these scores must be shot at a major in 2022 ( Irish Grand Prix, Irish Open & Irish Close)

Maximum of 2 non ICTSA Scores can be included in the four scores

 

Notes:

  1. Where a tie occurs for Team selection, unless otherwise stated the next best result of those tied which is NOT being used for Team selection purposes will be compared and the final placing decided. If a tie still occurs, the 2nd best such result shall be compared and so on until the tie is resolved.

* Due to Covid 19 and shoots been cancelled, no scores will count during the Lockdown period as Government guidelines must be followed.
