It is with great sadness that we hear of the passing of Sammy Burnett.
A true gentleman, Sammy Burnett has been a great supporter of Clay Target Shooting over the years, representing Ireland regularly on International DTL teams in the 80s and 90s, and supporting his son Derek in his many many achievements in the sport. He will be sorely missed on the trap circuit, at home and worldwide.
We extend our deepest sympathies to Derek and his family.
