The ICTSA are looking to the future of our sport, and are asking our Lady members to be a part of it.
This course run by Swim Ireland covers all areas of Sports Leadership; with guest speakers, one-to-one mentor sessions with pioneering leaders in sport, training on public speaking, how to manage conflict and influence change.
his is an opportunity to improve your leadership skills, network with other National Governing Bodies, and build your professional profile.
Following applications of 200 words, one ICTSA Lady member will be selected by the board, enrolled and fully subsidised for the next available course.
