All members should familiarise themselves with the rules and regulations which apply to Ireland Team members. Any queries regarding the ABT Leaderboard should be sent to statistical@ictsa.ie

To qualify for a team place in 2024, ALL team members will be required to provide proof of the necessary permit for each event. When completing the team acceptance form you will be required to show a copy of your firearms permit for the country you are attending.

NO PERMIT, NO TEAM PLACE.

ICTSC 48th ABT Home Countries International Tournament and British Open: Fauxdegla International Clay Shooting Centre, Llandegla, Wrexham, Wales, United Kingdom from the 6th to the 8th of September 2024.

ALL TEAMS: Best four scores (400 targets) from the 20th of August 2023 up to and including the 10th of August 2024.

Plus ONE of the following two Selection Shoots:

  • Monaghan CPC - 26th of May 2024.
  • NSG Esker - 30th of June 2024.

Plus 100 targets at the ABT Inter Provincial weekend at Irish Shooting Sports on the 11th of August 2024.

A minimum of two scores from ICTSA Registered events with no more than two scores to count from any one ground.

Please note: Any shooter that is unable to attend the Inter Provincial on the 11th of August and has a genuine reason, needs to contact the ABT Task Group by the 29th of February. The Irish Close at Irish Shooting Sports on the 21st of July has been nominated to be used as the subsitution date for any shooter than is unable to attend the Inter Provincial.

A minimum of two scores must be counted from ICTSA Registered events with no more than two scores to count from any one ground.

Total number of targets – 600

Non-ICTSA scores to be returned within 7 days of the event on a Score Declaration Form to statistical@ictsa.ie

Note: Where a tie occurs for Team selection, unless otherwise stated the next best result of those tied which is NOT being used for Team selection purposes will be compared and the final placing decided. If a tie still occurs, the 2nd best such result shall be compared and so on until the tie is resolved.
