To qualify for a team place in 2024, All team members will be required to provide proof of the necessary permit for each event (which may include your Irish firearms permit). When completing the team acceptance form you will be required to show a copy of your firearms permit for the country you are attending.

Selection Procedure for Seniors, Ladies, Juniors, Veterans and Super Veterans is as follows:
From the 1st of September 2023 to the cut-off point on the 13th of July 2024:
The four best scores from four individual, single day, 100 target shoots.
Total number of targets to count - 400
Two scores can be counted from a Non-ICTSA registered event, with no restriction on scores to count from any one ground.
Non-ICTSA scores to be returned within 7 days of the event on a Score Declaration Form to statistical@ictsa.ie
Upon publication of the final leaderboard following the cut-off date, members have 7 days to make any queries to statistical@ictsa.ie, after that the team will be selected.
Note: Where a tie occurs for Team selection, unless otherwise stated the next best result of those tied which is NOT being used for Team selection purposes will be compared and the final placing decided. If a tie still occurs, the 2nd best such result shall be compared and so on until the tie is resolved.
